Habakkuk 2:3 Writing the Vision Down and Making It Plain - The vision for Solutions Christian Church International is three-fold and each business is a separate entity:
1. Solutions Christian Church International, Jeanine Horowitz Ministries (SCCI)
SCCI is a faith based, spirit filled, non-denominational church. SCCI commenced after Pastor Jeanine Horowitz volunteered for three years as a minister exclusively for the Salvation Army Westwood shelter. Later, after becoming ordained as a pastor and establishing SCCI as a separate 501c3 religious organization, it became our mission to build a congregation to serve the general public. It is the pastor’s vision to daily open the doors of the church for anyone to come to the altar to pray, and to hold bible-based worship services four days per week.
As per instructions from the Lord, the primary purpose and vision for SCCI is to teach the good news of Jesus Christ and to develop leaders that have been chosen by God. The chosen leaders that have good standing with the church, and are full of the Spirit and demonstrate wisdom, will be confirmed as SCCI leaders. SCCI leaders will facilitate home bible studies throughout the city. The ideal goal is to establish an unlimited amount of study groups three days per week in close proximity of church members. All home bible meetings must consist of three or more persons. Our vision for SCCI leaders is to learn and grow in the Word of God, and to financially support leader to establish new faith based, Bible teaching Christian Churches throughout the world. Adjacent to SCCI will have a tea & juice house/rarity shop that sells international items and inspirational reading materials, called Solutions Tea House & Rarity Shop. To reach the demographically unique and affluent neighboring communities we will provide a separate meeting place within the building but outside of the sanctuary. The shop will also display a community bulletin board with employment referrals that are also available via the church website. It is our vision to serve first our community with needed humanitarian services and to provide education assistance opportunities. We are dedicated to providing academic scholarships for working poor families. That is one of the reason the pastor established a 501c3 (non-religious organization) called the Jeanine Horowitz Education & Literacy Foundation. 2). The Jeanine Horowitz Education & Literacy FoundationThe Jeanine Horowitz Education & Literacy Foundation is a viable California based 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education and literacy. We specialize in strengthening communities by serving as a liaison between schools, local fire departments, council members, hospitals and chamber of commerce business members. Our primary purpose is to provide academic scholarships for working poor families which include stipends for: full tuition, housing in close proximity to the university and text book expenses. 3). Ocean Front Book Publishing Inc.(OFB) publishes innovative and inspirational reading materials for all ages, and distributes hardcover books that date the 21st century period. A portion of the books are donated at cost to JHF, and books will be sold at the Solutions Tea House & Rarity Shop. Job CenterOnly 6 degrees separates us from you!
